Most studios sell deliverables: a deck, a screen, a sprint. We sell the decisions underneath. What gets built, who can use it, what it costs, what it doesn't do. The deliverables come out of those decisions, not the other way around.
That's how we ship across surfaces without losing the thread. The decisions travel and the surfaces follow. It's also why we say no often, in writing. We don't say no to serious ideas because of their size, though. A $12k First Ship and a $500k multi-surface build get the same care.
